As a woman traveling alone on this trip I felt safe in this hotel. Guests are required to use their key cards to operate the elevator. Room was very clean and free breakfast offered numerous choices. Thank you.

We arrived very early, 9am from New York and they agreed to accommodate an early check in, that was a significant relief. The room was clean, warm and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located minutes from the mall, shops and restaurants, "The Common Man" bar and restaurant is located at the ground floor and the food there was 10/10. Not much of a view. I wish the room had a coffee maker and space to store our clothes. The lobby has a nice selection of games and places to chill with the family, atmosphere is nice. One counter person was rude when I inquired about extending our stay, she directed me to book online. But on the next day, another one was very kind and helpful. I even joined the Hilton rewards because of her. All in all, you get what you pay for. This place was worth the price.

I stayed there, since I was in town for my graduation from SNHU, nearby. While not knowing how close this location was from the SNHU arena, I'm pleasantly pleased with my hotel choice. This place is not only walk distance from the arena, but other places as well. The park is located behind it, and their river as well. The staff of the hotel were very helpful with information around the city as I ventured the area. Scenery is so enjoyable around there too. Whenever I come back to Manchester, I will be staying there again.

I am a simple guy that loves simplicity so this place is simply perfect. The rooms are clean, clean design with a touch of retro. It's almost as if I designed this place myself. On the ground level is the Common Man Cafe and Restaurant so you don't need to leave to eat. Bottom line stay simple stay here stay happy!

Great spot in the downtown area. Excellent service. Room was super clean. Walls seemed a bit thin at times though so dealt with some noise but wasn't so much we wouldn't go back again.

Where do I begin? Hmmm.... I know where! Their hospitality. The receptionist attention to courtesy and making sure I felt welcomed, included, and in the know about breakfast in the morning. I really wanted to start with saying the room was immaculate. I cannot make this up, I literally put my stuff down and laid on the bed for what I thought was gonna be 5 seconds. HAH! JOKE WAS ON ME. The combination of my exhaustion from traveling plus the comfort of that KING bed allowed me to have a royal sleep and I did not wake up until 6am the next morning. It really was a well deserved sleep and needed rest for my busy day the following day. I can keep going, so I will, in the morning the breakfast was (ordinary) with a little bit of (extra). Extraordinary is all I needed to start off my day. Lastly, when it was time to check out the same courtesy that I received in the beginning was the same I received at the end. It was a delicious stay! Thank you for a Tru Hilton experience. I wish I had pictures but I was so in the moment, I didn't want to miss a thing. Come find out for yourself! I dare you!

We stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from the mountains of Vermont back to Boston. This was my first time staying at a Tru property and I was not disappointed! Diamond at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended a few restaurants to the person checking in ahead of us, and we tried one ourselves and were very pleased. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is apparently pretty new. I LOVED the lemon sugar hand soap and lotion too. Breakfast was excellent! There was a great variety of both hot and cold items, and the hotel staff made sure that everything was well-stocked. There is plenty of seating around the lobby as well. The hotel is just a block or two from many restaurants and bars, which was super convenient. The only issue we ran into when we were there was the fact that the bar/restaurant had live music the night of our stay, and it was VERY loud and could easily be heard in our room on the sixth floor. So, I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper! ;)

I stayed 1 night for business and I'll definitely stay here again. The room was comfy and the location is just off the main drag in Manchester. They have their own parking lot, though they do charge to park there. It felt like this should be baked into the rate and not a separate charge for guests though. The hotel and the room was clean, comfortable, and updated. The check-in process is a little clunky. I was emailed ahead of time for a contactless check-in, but they don't offer that. I ended up wasting time going through that process and it caused confusion on arrival related to parking and the digital key, which they don't have. Breakfast lacks hot options, but was well-displayed and looked/tasted fresh. I could've used some info at check-in like fitness center location/hours, elevator location, breakfast hours, wi-fi, and check-out. If I didn't ask, I wasn't going to be told that info by the check-in person, and it wasn't busy when I checked in. Despite the quirks, I'll be back.
